If I buy membership do I get free correspondence?
No, membership is not free correspondence. You will have to pay for letters usual 0,25 of a POINT for an introductory letter and 1 POINT for sending a letter or opening a reply, BUT as a member you get discounts for POINTs, thus reducing the cost of 1 POINT and, consequently, 1 letter.to the top
I bought 3 months membership, retrieved 10 addresses, why I can't get more?
Addresses and Inquiries are added to your account every month of your membership automatically the same day when your membership was registered. For example, if you bought 3 months membership on the 5th of May, you will receive 10 addresses and 10 Inquiries on the 5th of June, and 10 addresses and 10 Inquiries on the 5th of July.to the top
If I do not use all Inquiries with the membership term, will they expire?
Yes, if your membership term ends and you still have unused postal addresses and Inquiries they will expire. But IF before your membership ends you buy new membership, your membership term is prolonged and your addresses and Inquiries do not expire.to the top
What can I use membership POINTs for?
When your membership is registered you get membership POINTs. You can use them for anything you want ? sending letters, sending Inquiries, opening letters, sending photos, and even for ordering gifts.to the top
